July - It's been real

Life has been both busy and weird. Here are the stats:

1. My work schedule has had me all over the place. SRP has ended and we signed up over 3500 kids for the program. 200+ will be coming to an ice cream party held in honor of those who read more than 60 books/ more than 30 hours.
2. While I was at work, a creepy guy in his fifties gave me his phone number and asked me to call him that evening. Friends, e-mail me for the details on this one. Truth is stranger than fiction.
3. Class goes on for another week or so. So far, I've got an A+ average. Let's keep praying.
4. I'll have two weeks off from school after next week. Then, I'm taking 6 hours in addition to my full-time work schedule.
5. My church has gotten itself a new pastor. In the past month, we've had 1 party for the previous minister's wife, 1 Q&A for the future pastor, 1 party for the pastor's who's serving in Costa Rica, and 1 farewell party for the previous pastor and his wife. We've still got a welcome party, fall luncheon, etc etc.
